Thanksgiving Dinner
I won't be cooking a big bird. In fact, eating out is my idea of a festive Thanksgiving. How about you?

I'm a vegetarian, so I never have to wrestle with turkeys (the fowl kind, people are another story) lol. lucky me;~)
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I LOVE hosting Thanksgiving dinner and spending the entire day in the kitchen preparing it. It's the one day of the year I don't mind cooking for hours on end. This year, however, I don't get to host, seeing as I'll be about 1,400 miles from my kitchen. Sigh.
I love to cook, but the idea of having a big group of people relying on me to turn out a many course meal of things I hardly ever cook (it's just not right without pecan pie, turkey, ham, dressing, green bean casserole, cranberry salad, and some kind of crazy jello afterall) is uhm, a little overwhelming. Someone call Cracker Barrel quick!
Lynn, I bet you have some great Thanksgiving recipes, that are really healthy too. Not restling with the turkey is sounding more appealing all the time.
